NIC Annual Conference General/Jurisdictional Delegates & Meetings 


NIC Annual Conference General/Jurisdictional Meetings Scheduled:

Dec. 7, Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 21, April 18, May 16 and June 26: General/Jurisdictional Delegate Meetings

The Northern Illinois Conference delegations to next year’s General and Jurisdictional Conferences have opened all meetings to anyone wishing to observe. All meetings will be held at St. Thomas UMC, 2S511 Rte. 53, Glen Ellyn. The meetings begin at 4 p.m. with some housekeeping business, a time of worship and a meal. By 5 p.m., the delegation is ready to begin the work of that session. Anyone may join in the meal with a reservation made by calling the church, (630) 469-1214. Cost of the meals ranges from $5 to $7.

Future meeting dates are as follows: Jan. 25, Feb. 22, March 21, April 18, May 16 and June 26. All dates, with the exception of June 26 are Sundays.

Groups wanting to address the delegations should plan for a half hour, which includes time for questions.
